My aunt brought me here for breakfast and I am not sorry! The pancake was delicious! I also had an omelette and hasbrown. Obviously I couldn’t finish it but it was oh so good!!! Definitely adding this to my restaurant list for when I’m in Miami!

Great place for subs! Went with the hubby, he had bacon,egg n chz on white and i had a classic philly cheesesteak w peppers n pepper jack chz. Delicious! Customer service was great, they even went out of their way to explain how the loaded fries were big and to try them out next time. Definitely going back and definitely recommend if you love a good sub

Absolutely fire.... I used to eat at the one on bird Rd in the early 2000s. Found this one by accident. Food is still amazing. Staff is friendly. Fast service!

Went in hungry,because we were delivering at Big Lots ( they take forever to unload).I read some good reviews first, and it sounded good! We saw lots of locals entering, and in line for lunch, so that looked impressive! We ordered their footlong pastrami and chicken teriyaki stir fry subs and they were great!! Our combos came with either chips or fries and a fountain drink. The bread was soft and fresh, and the subs were piping hot, and everything tasted fresh! As truck drivers, we get tired of the same ole fast food chains at truck stops and that’s the main reason why I read reviews and make reviews and try some local businesses . It helps everyone !!!! Thanks Substantial Subs and all of the great crew! Hope to be able to come back again!!!

Best Philly cheesesteaks in town. No other place comes close. I get the double meat and cheese and it never disappoints. I'm there every week. Higher recomend it. Just had it again after a while with mushrooms and onions and peppers. Soo good.
